Simulation results are stored on Smoke Cloud servers so you can retrieve them at any time. The first 200 GB across your organisation is included at no charge each month.

Storage is measured as average data stored across the billing period. Archived simulations count toward storage; deleted runs do not.
To help manage storage costs, simulation results transition through the following states automatically. You can mark any stored simulation as Keep in the Lifecycle page to prevent it from being archived.

Charges are calculated at the end of each billing period and invoiced to the payment method on your account. You can view a breakdown of your usage at any time in the Billing page.
Yes. You can configure per-project soft and hard spend limits in the Budgets page. A soft limit triggers a warning notification; a hard limit prevents new simulations from being submitted.
You are only charged for the time the instance was running. If a simulation fails immediately, the charge will be negligible.
There are no data ingress charges. Outbound data transfer for downloading results is currently included at no additional cost.
